- Customer: Any person, company, or organization registered to use AMK Designs LLC’s services.
- Device: Any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, or computer used to access our services.
- Service: The offerings of AMK Designs LLC as described in related terms and on our platform.

- You: Any person or entity registered with us to use our Services.
Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing AMK Designs LLC. We want you to enjoy shopping with us, so please review our terms. By placing an order with AMK Designs LLC, you agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy. If your product is faulty, notify us within 3 days to request a refund and schedule your return. All returned items must use the original packaging.
Refunds
At AMK Designs LLC, we inspect and carefully package every product to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Occasionally, products may be out of stock or not pass our inventory and quality checks, resulting in order cancellation. We will notify you ahead of time. For online payments (excluding Cash on Delivery), refunds will be processed after your request is confirmed. We conduct a quality check before shipping and pack items securely to minimize transit damage. However, AMK Designs LLC is not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation. You must contact AMK Designs LLC about any issues within 3 days of the delivery date of your item(s) (i.e. the delivery service, e.g. UPS, USPS, etc., delivery date on file) OR the date of sale if the purchase is made in person. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll review it promptly. If it meets our guidelines, we’ll begin processing your refund. It may take a few days for the refund to be completed, but you’ll get a notification once the money has been sent to you.
Shipping
AMK Designs LLC does not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, even if the original shipping was free. Item(s) must be shipped back to AMK Designs LLC within 14 days of the original delivery date (i.e. the delivery service, e.g. UPS, USPS, etc., delivery date on file) OR the date of sale if the purchase was made in person. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which it was purchased (if purchased in person) or received (if shipped). If the item(s) is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. AMK Designs LLC will cover return shipping charges if the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
